Cenit Corporation (the "Company") announces that at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on December 14, 2011, all of management's nominees, being Judy Baker, Marcus Arnold, Paul Millar, Bruce Staines and Roger Moss were elected to the board of directors of the Company. The Company is pleased welcome new directors Bruce Staines and Roger Moss to the board.

In addition, the Company has appointed Ron Reed, Chief Financial Officer and Lisa McCormack, Corporate Secretary of the Company. Brief biographies of the new directors and officers are as follows:

Roger Moss - Mr. Moss, Ph.D., P. Geo, is a professional geologist with sixteen years international experience in the exploration industry, including nine years in senior management positions. He is currently president of Nikos Explorations Ltd, and a technical advisor to several junior exploration companies. He is an adjunct professor in Mineral Engineering, University of Toronto, where he shares his interest and experience in ore deposits and mineral exploration.

Bruce Staines - Mr. Staines, P. Eng. is a registered Professional Mining Engineer in the Province of Ontario. His career has spanned over 50 years in the mining, exploration and construction industries in North America. He has primarily been in senior management positions with several junior mineral exploration companies, responsible for the safe and efficient operations of underground and open pit mining, exploration and development projects.

Ron Reed - Mr. Reed is a CGA with an MBA (Finance) from New York Institute of Technology. He has more than 20 years of progressively senior experience in implementing, revising, and monitoring financial business strategies. He also has been involved in more than 15 acquisition and divestiture transactions. He began his career working with electronic and agricultural companies, joining The Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters) in 1999. At Thomson, Mr. Reed began as a controller and advanced to Vice-President, Finance and CFO for its Nelson Education Ltd. Mr. Reed has been providing CFO services in the mining industry.

Lisa McCormack – Ms. McCormack is a seasoned professional Law Clerk, specializing in securities and corporate law. She is currently Corporate Secretary of several public companies. She has over 15 years of experience working for various securities and corporate finance law firms in Toronto and assisting public issuers within the mining industry.
