Judith Baker - President & CEO
Ms. Baker is currently a consultant for American Lithium Minerals a lithium exploration company based in Nevada. Ms. Baker was responsible for acquiring the large Borate Hills boron lithium project in Nevada and having Japan Oil (JOGMEC) invest $4 million to advance the project through the pre-feasibility stage. From September 2007 to June 2009, Ms. Baker was the President, CEO, a director and the founder of Canada Lithium Corp., formerly Black Pearl Minerals Consolidated. Ms. Baker was instrumental in restructuring the company debt and strategically positioning the company in lithium business; including acquiring the Quebec Lithium project and initiating lithium exploration in the Great Basin of the United States. Ms. Baker has 17 years of experience in the mining and mineral exploration sector including equity analysis, fund management, and exploration and mining company activity. Ms. Baker also serves on the board of directors of Abcourt Mines and Nemaska Exploration. Ms. Baker holds an Honours B.Sc. Geological Engineering in Mineral Resources Exploration from Queen’s University (1990) and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario Business School (1995).
Roger Moss
Mr. Moss, Ph.D., P. Geo, is a professional geologist with sixteen years international experience in the exploration industry, including nine years in senior management positions. He is currently president of Nikos Explorations Ltd, and a technical advisor to several junior exploration companies. He is an adjunct professor in Mineral Engineering, University of Toronto, where he shares his interest and experience in ore deposits and mineral exploration.
Bruce Staines
Mr. Staines, P. Eng. is a registered Professional Mining Engineer in the Province of Ontario. His career has spanned over 50 years in the mining, exploration and construction industries in North America. He has primarily been in senior management positions with several junior mineral exploration companies, responsible for the safe and efficient operations of underground and open pit mining, exploration and development projects.
Marcus Arnold
Mr. Arnold has been the President of Euro-Bancorp since June 2002 and a Principal of Euromart Realty since 2003. Mr. Arnold is responsible for leasing operations and the portfolio management of investors’ assets. He has also served as a director of Capstock Financial Inc. since 2007. Mr. Arnold received a diploma in Aviation Manufacturing Engineering from Confederation College (1995) in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Paul Millar
Mr. Millar has over 25 years of international real estate and finance experience, having worked on Wall Street in New York, London, England, Hong Kong and Toronto. Mr. Millar, began his career with the banking arm of the Dow Chemical Company before moving to New York to work in leveraged buy-outs. Mr. Millar moved to Asia in the early 1990s to build an international commercial finance business for a leading Malaysian finance company. During this time, Mr. Millar extensively financed property development in the UK and the United States; an activity that continued on his return to Canada. During the past ten years, as President of York London Holdings, Mr. Millar has acquired, built and sold over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate and continues to manage a number of buildings in the GTA. Recent acquisitions include a number of key development sites in the Toronto area, commercial buildings in the downtown core and residential land zoned for future building. Additionally, Mr. Millar is involved in the financing of a number of key mining interests in Canada and the United States. Mr. Millar has a long experience of investment with technology companies and is currently involved in building companies that are involved in mobile media. Mr. Millar has a B.Sc. in Land Management, an M.A. in Victorian Literature from the University of London and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of City of London.
