The Company’s wholly owned Continental Asset Management Inc. (CAM) operates a point of sale and automated teller machine division.

CAM maintains a network of point of sale terminals located in close to 100 convenience stores across the southern Ontario region. CAM acts as both a distributor of industry-leading Ingenico Point of Sale terminals and operates as an independent service operator (ISO).

CAM recently rationalized its automated teller machine operations with the result that a number of underperforming locations have been dropped with a number of new locations under consideration.

The Company is currently assessing the viability of acquisitions either in or complementary to CAM’s business lines. They include;

1. a terminal transactions management company which has developed a proprietary software architecture that revolutionizes the processing and accounting of terminal transactions and,
   
2. an automated teller machine service company that is poised for cross Canada growth
   
3. a company with over 150 automated teller machines and a strong regional presence in the southern Ontario area
